It’s true that people are opting for plant-based foods more than proteins. For some of us, it’s quite difficult to forget that juicy, tender steak or that perfectly fried chicken wing but it’s also important that we make thoughtful and smart choices when it comes to protein consumption.

Didn’t get us? Of course, we’re talking about grass-fed, pasture-raised meat and other similar options! These are much better and healthier for our bodies because of their large quantities of Omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.
